Profile wire
By using a wire profile in your product you might enhance its brand. The design becomes unique and at the same time a basis for patents. Further, a product that includes profiles isn't as easily copied, as other wire and tube products.
Why not use profiles in order to have a construction solution built-in? A combination of profile wire and flat or round wire might constitute a new construction element.
By using the technically best constructed profile the product becomes lighter, thus saving material and hence cost.
In this field we are able to produce a finished profile. This enables the customer to save production time and weight of finished details. For example, with a profile you are able to save 25 % of the weight without losing any strength.
Some of those profiles are D-axis, hexagonal, quadrangle, U-profile, waist profile, etc.
Areas of use are, for example, furniture, horseshoe or blinds manufacturing.
