HL Trion and Hörle Wire have together taken an overall approach of the production of wire, enabling us to deliver a solution, rather than just a wire. We train the company’s staff and regularly conduct analyses of the production process, to achieve constant improvement. For example, by switching the wire to a copper-coated one, we achieved higher weldability.
   Because of the lubricating properties of copper, it is also easier to bend, while, at the same time, reducing the wear and tear on the machine. In addition, it speeds up the production process.
   In order to further improve the flexibility and speed of HL Trion’s deliveries, we have built up a stock with them, that we administrate. This has reduced delivery times for the wire to more or less zero.
